I have scoured the forums and tried all the "fixes" that have been suggested and STILL cannot use Siri or Talk to Text. It is not a microphone issue, as the Google app hears me just fine. APPLE PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!

Is Siri enabled? What language? What happens when you hold the Home button? Do you have an internet connection?
Siri & dictation are not available in all languages.

Try a Reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)
